8B’s for Le Nevé and Sinnhuber

Very hard sends for a bunch of ladies. Bouldering stars from France, Austria, Spain and the USA have been busy crushing on rock and sending hard lines close in their respective countries.

In Fontainebleau, Mélissa Le Nevé, who recently retired from the World Cup circuit, has sent La Cicatrice de L’Ohm, graded 8B | V13. This is Le Nevé’s hardest boulder to date; she has climbed several 8A+ | V12 in the past.

Meanwhile in Styria, Austria, Karoline Sinnhuber has climbed the sit start to Heartshaped Box, her fourth 8B | V13 boulder problem (and her third in 2016). In the last months Sinnhuber has climbed a lot of hard stuff, follow her Instagram to stay up to date.

Finally, in Baltzola, Spain and Hueco Tanks, Texas, Itziar Zabala and Alex Puccio have climbed Solaris and Right Martini, both graded 8A+ | V12. I could go ahead and talk about how impressive it is to see Puccio climbing that hard after an injury but you’ve probably heard it before.
