Gold for Vadim Timonov and Jessica Pilz at the Military World Winter Games

The third edition of the Military World Winter Games took place in Socchi, Russia, last weekend. Vadim Timonov and Jessica Pilz won the bouldering event in a final full of familiar faces.

The Militar World Winter Games include a bouldering competition in which climbers associated with national armies (in some countries the army “sponsors” sportspeople) in which 35 boulderers from 10 countries took part. Among them, international stars like Mina Markovic, Manu Cornu, Jakob Schubert, Dmitry Sharafutdinov or the winners Vadim Timonov and Jessica Pilz.
