Guillaume Glairon-Mondet has always been an excellent dynoer. Let’s go back to Vail 2014 to watch him flash the first problem in the final, a run-and-jump that required a lot of coordination.

A few months ago French star Guillaume Glairon-Mondet paid his first visit to Rocklands, South Africa. It was a very productive visit, almost a month long, in which he climbed 26 problems in the 8th grade, including many classics like The Vice, Sky, The Hatchling or Shosholoza.

European Bouldering Championships 2015 – Semifinals

Really hard problems in the semifinal round in Innsbruck. Many big names are out, and we have a very unusual lineup for the finals.

Guillaume Glairon Mondet on Le marathon de Boissy, 8C

French superstar Gui-Gui Mondet wrapped-up 2014 with the second ascent of Le marathon de Boissy 8C. The problem, a very low traverse into L’Arête de Boissy 8B+ , was first ascended by Jan Hojer last March.

2014 Bouldering World Championships – Semifinals

We’ve had a great semifinal round in Munich. The problems were hard (2 flashes were a direct ticket to finals) but doable, all of them were solved by more than one climber. Two big surprises: Kilian Fischhuber is out and Michaela Tracy is in finals.

The first IFSC Bouldering World Cup of the season is over. Sharafutdinov and Stöhr took the gold with very solid performances. Schubert – Oda and Hori – Puccio completed the podium. Let’s do a quick review of the comp.
