    • Spanish Bouldering Cup Champion Ignasi Tarrazona has repeated Klem Loskot’s “El monstruo de las Regletas” 8B | V13, one of the most famous problems of the region. Other two Spanish climber (Alfonso Arce and Javier Meng) have recently sent the problem. Here’s Paul Robinson sending the problem this last spring.
  • And talking about Klem Loskot… he seems to be back in the spotlight. Check out Rock & Ice’s article on his “career” as a first ascensionist.
  • And talking about classics… British top boulderer Ned Feehally has repeated The Dagger 8B+ at Cresciano (Switzerland).

  • And if you climb The Dagger from the sit start that means you’ve sent the benchmark for the 8C | V15 grade: The Story of Two Worlds. Previously unseen footage of Dave Graham’s FA of that legendary problem has been released by The Frontier blog. This video has sparked some discussion about whether or not the first repeat of the problem by Dai Koyamada was valid. It is a fairly long story to be told here but you can go to ClimbingNarc to get the details.
  • And lastly… this Wednesday (19th December) the IFSC will present to the Olympic Programme Commission their proposal for the inclusion of lead climbing in the 2020 Olympic Games. Good luck!
